James F. Adelson
Jim Adelson currently serves as President and Managing Member of Nadel and Gussman, LLC and its various energy affiliates. Jim received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Cornell University in 1985 with a degree in Economics. Jim joined Nadel and Gussman in June of 1986.
Jim is a member of World President’s Organization, Chief Executives Organization and currently serves on the University of Tulsa Board, the Holland Hall Preparatory School Board, the Cornell University Arts & Sciences Advisory Council and the Tulsa Community Foundation.
Stephen J. Heyman
Steve Heyman is a managing member of Nadel and Gussman and its affiliates. He is president of Reserve Drilling Company and is chairman of American Land Development Company and a managing member of Elynx Technologies. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he serves as a trustee and served on its Executive Committee and Presidential Search Committee. He is a recipient of the University Alumni Award of Merit. In the Tulsa community he is a trustee and past chairman of St. John Medical Center, a trustee and executive committee member of The Philbrook Museum of Art. He is a past trustee of the Undercroft School, Children’s Medical Center and Holland Hall School.
Executive Vice President, Arklatex Region
Joe Anderson graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. degree in Engineering in 1981. He began his career with Halliburton Services prior to joining Nadel and Gussman in 1990. Joe was instrumental in the creation of the Ruston based Arklatex operations in 1994 and continues to manage this business segment. Joe and his wife Candee donate time and resources to the Louisiana Tech Spirit squads and Ruston community youth activities.
Chief Financial Officer
Shelley Nichols has been part of the Nadel and Gussman leadership team since 2007. She received her Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is a certified public accountant. Prior to joining Nadel and Gussman, Shelley held finance and accounting management roles at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and British Petroleum. She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Women’s Energy Network.
President, BC Delaware Joint Venture
Scott Germann is President of BC Delaware, a joint development between Nadel and Gussman Permian, Crown Oil Partners and Crump Energy Partners. After joining Nadel and Gussman in 1995, Scott became an original partner in Nadel and Gussman Permian, LLC establishing our presence in the Permian Basin. Scott holds a Master’s Degree of Science from the University of Tulsa and spent eight years with Exxon Company USA and Exxon International.
